I used to love those store-bought cheese crackers. You know you did, too! They were a guilty treat that I only bought once or twice a year, but I could eat the entire box in few days. Dangerous.
Sadly, not only do they contain scary dairy, they are full of other unhealthy ingredients that the healthier version of me wants to avoid. Making your own at home is actually really easy, and of course much better for you. This recipe is adapted from the Minimalist Baker, whom I adore. Here we use our cheese in place of the vegan butter, which makes it even healthier! Who knew those dastardly little orange crackers could actually become a healthy snack?
